I’m Hassan. I played professional football, and I never stopped
training like I might get called back.
In college I tore three knee ligaments. That was supposed to be the
end of it. I came back on structured training and daily standards.
That’s the only reason I played pro.
Three-year varsity starter, top-20 in the state for two of them.
Fort Hays State, then Urbana. Professional ball across Europe and
Arena, with CFL camp invites along the way.
None of that means much on its own. What matters is that I still
hold myself to the standards I’ll hold you to. In my early 30s
that looks like 225 on the bench for
12, a 4.45
forty, and 1.5× bodyweight on the
squat and the power clean. I test my numbers because I’m going
to ask you to test yours.
That’s what you’re getting. Not a template. I build the program
around where you actually are, I tell you the truth about your
training, and I set a weekly standard you hit whether you feel like
it or not. Fast. Strong. Available.
Motivation runs out. Standards don’t.
